Our organic yeast ingredients are produced strictly in compliance with the European Union (EU) Organic regulations, as overseen by the European Commission.

Since June 2012, an equivalence agreement between the EU and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been in place. This agreement ensures that, provided the specified terms are met, organic products certified under either the USDA Organic or EU Organic standards can be sold, labeled, and represented as organic in both regions. A similar United States - Canada Organic Equivalence Arrangement (USCOEA) was established has been in place since 2009.
