The Lallemand Bio-Ingredients flagship Fermentation Nutrient Ingredients (FNI) portfolio addresses the primary nutritional needs for a large range of microbes grown by fermentation (bacteria, yeasts, molds, fungi and others). We have various products from Saccharomyces cerevisae in this range, along with both liquid and powder formulations:

Soluble fractions (yeast extract), obtained by autolysis
Soluble fractions (yeast peptone), obtained by hydrolysis
Whole yeast cells containing insoluble cell wall components

The FNI range of yeast-based nutrients meets all current market requirements: including animal and dairy free, vegan, non GMO, non allergenic, Kosher and Halal certified, and produced in BRC certified plants.
